MISSION STATEMENT

As a non-profit, volunteer based organization, we will foster the growth of pickleball within the Salem-Keizer community. We will connect with individuals, groups, organizations, and local governments to develop fun and competitive opportunities for players of all ages and skill level.

TeamReach is a free app managed by Salem-Keizer Pickleball Club that allows us to communicate with our members and guests regarding upcoming pickleball events, opportunities for play, and share any changes we may have to the calendar. We ask TeamReach members to remember this app is designed for our Club play information only and is not a social media platform (even if related to pickleball), and we ask other clubs and organizations not to advertise on it. If you want to communicate with a player or players, please feel free to contact them directly by using the feather icon in the top right corner that allows you to select names. If you have questions regarding the Club or play times, please send a message directly to a board member and one of them will contact you.

Our Facebook page allows members to post photos and comments related to pickleball, and we encourage you to use this format for tournament photos and updates. Please check us out at Salem-Keizer Pickleball.

OPEN PLAY AT CAPITAL FIELDHOUSE

Regular play is Mon through Fri 9 am – 1 pm (Note that you cannot reserve courts at CF using Playtime Scheduler during OPEN PLAY)

We continue to provide hand sanitizer and we ask that you stay home if you don’t feel well, and please let the Club know if you test positive for COVID. Standard play allows winning players to remain on the court for two games, then two players waiting rotate in. When 8 or more players are waiting, four players will rotate in per court after each game. Play format can change to accommodate the number and level of players. A challenge court may be established at 10 am on most days. Check TeamReach messaging for changes to play days or times.

$10 drop-in fee for non-members. Club members pay $30 per month for unlimited play at the Capital Fieldhouse during regular play. Club members can pay $40 monthly for combined unlimited play at Hope Valley Resort and the Capital Fieldhouse.

OPEN PLAY AT HOPE VALLEY RESORT

Club sponsored outdoor play at Hope Valley is seasonal and will begin on April 1st for the 2023 season:

. Tues/Thurs at 4 pm to dusk – Times may change due to weather or repairs – gate closes at 6 pm

. Saturday at 9 am until 1 pm – Times may change due to weather or repairs – gate open all day

Please sign in each time you play at Hope Valley Resort, and sign a one-time waiver for Hope Valley Resort for the season.

$10 drop-in fee for non-members. Club members pay $20 per month for unlimited play if play at Hope Valley only. Club members can pay $40 monthly for combined unlimited play at Hope Valley Resort and the Capital Fieldhouse when the Hope Valley Resort resumes play.

Hope Valley Resort is a gated residential community so please be respectful as your drive through and keep your speed to 10 mph or below.
